Bright, earthy, and silky-smooth — this zero-proof cocktail balances citrus, agave, and carrot juice with the rich texture of egg white for a refreshing twist on a classic sour.
Ingredients 🌿
- 2 oz Free Spirits Tequila
- 0.75 oz Agave Syrup
- 1 oz Carrot Juice
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 Dashes Orange Bitters
- 1 Egg white
Instructions 🍸
1️⃣ Dry Shake – Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice and shake vigorously to create a frothy texture.
2️⃣ Shake Again – Add ice and shake again to chill.
3️⃣ Strain – Fine strain into a chilled coupe or tall highball glass.
4️⃣ Garnish – Optional: Add a lemon twist, edible flower, or grated carrot for flair.
